President Trump Reignites <br />Feud With Rex Tillerson The former secretary of state was in <br />DC to discuss Trump's views on foreign policy. Notably, he told lawmakers that the president was unprepared for a 2017 meeting with Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin. President Trump, via Twitter Tillerson was fired last year in March <br />following many disagreements with Trump. While serving as Secretary, Tillerson also once referred <br />to the president as <br />"a moron." This past December, he ripped Trump at an <br />event in Houston, calling him "undisciplined." The president responded at that time as well, giving Tillerson the same "dumb as a rock" insult.
