Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad appeared to be in the dark on whether Felda settlers would be receiving financial aid for Hari Raya this year. <br /><br />He told reporters at a press conference in Putrajaya on Monday to direct the question to Economic Affairs Minister Azmin Ali.
