A restaurateur, who was purportedly assaulted by a businessperson with a "Datuk Seri" title and a group of men over a dispute on Facebook, has claimed that police have not arrested the suspects despite the incident being captured on CCTV.<br /><br />However, Wangsa Maju district police chief Rajab Ahad Ismail said the case involved numerous witnesses and cannot be rushed.<br /><br />“We will arrest and charge him (Datuk Seri) soon. The investigation papers are almost completed,” he told Malaysiakini this afternoon.<br /><br />Rajab said the case is being investigated under Sections 323 and 506 of the Penal Code.<br /><br />According to the report sighted by Malaysiakini, the complainant said he sustained injuries on his neck and face.
