中화웨이 美정부 상대로 소송…"美제재는 폭정" 비난<br /><br />Huawei has taken steps to expedite its legal case against the U.S. government.<br />China's CCTV reports that the Chinese tech giant has requested a summary judgement in a U.S. court, which it wants to overturn part of the law that bans government agencies from using Huawei technology.<br />It says that clause of the National Defense Authorization Act is unconstitutional because it targets a private company for punishment without trial.<br />In response to the request for a summary judgement, the federal court for the Eastern District of Texas has scheduled a hearing for September 19th. <br />
