Lamar Odom Details His Addiction and Infidelity <br />Issues in New Book In his book, 'Darkness to Light,' the former <br />NBA star admits he used women "as an escape." Odom, who lost his mother as a <br />young teenager, writes that he <br />"wanted, but couldn't find love." In a span of one week, the 39-year-old says<br />he would sleep with as many as six women. Odom adds that he also spent a lot of money <br />on abortions. He admits he was happiest after marrying Khloe Kardashian. But their marriage eventually ended <br />seven years later due to his infidelity and drug issues. In recent interviews, Odom has said the divorce from Kardashian still <br />bothers him. He adds that he wishes he could have handled everything more maturely. Odom writes that his problems were a <br />mixture of his NBA career winding down, <br />addiction and increased media exposure.
