Motorists drive through a flooded road after heavy monsoon rain this afternoon in the Philippines. <br /> <br />The main road of a commercial district in Parañaque City was submerged after a deluge May 29 afternoon.<br /><br />Commuter Judy-an Guerrero was stranded as the water grew higher at the streets.<br /><br />She said: "This has been the case every year when the rainy season starts. The drainages are clogged, but they only bother to check them when the storm has already started."<br /><br />Footage shows multiple cars driving through deep water as rain pours down.
