South Korea's parliamentary speaker Moon Hee-sang has called on Russia to persuade North Korea to take the path of a normal state.<br />Moon gave a speech at Russia's Senate on Wednesday... which was the first for a South Korean parliamentary speaker.<br />He said,.... resolving the North Korean nuclear issue and establishing peace on the peninsula,... requires efforts not just from the two Koreas and the U.S.,... but also the international community, including Russia.<br />Adding that peace on the peninsula would also pave the way for trilateral cooperation between Moscow and the two Koreas.... he hoped to boost exchanges and dialogue to strengthen Seoul-Moscow relations.<br />The two countries mark 30 years of diplomatic ties next year.<br />Moon now heads to Estonia after wrapping up his Russia trip.<br />
