Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said the government will allow Australian rare earths producer Lynas Corp to continue operating a processing plant in Gebeng, Pahang. <br /><br />He was speaking at a news conference in Tokyo on Thursday after attending the Future of Asia conference.<br /><br />Dr Mahathir also spoke on Malaysia's decision to send plastic waste back to the countries it came from and the US-China trade war.
