한미 국방장관회담 내달 3일 서울서… 연합연습•전작권 논의<br /><br />The defense chiefs of South Korea and the U.S. will hold a meeting here in the nation on Monday.<br />Minister Jeong Kyeong-doo and his American counterpart, Patrick Shanahan are expected to touch on pending issues such as combined exercises and the eventual transfer of wartime operational control.<br />Ahead of that session, this Friday through Sunday, Jeong is scheduled to attend Asia's biggest annual security forum,... the "Shangri-La Dialogue" in Singapore.<br />There he will call for close cooperation among participants to achieve successful denuclearization of the Peninsula. <br />
