Children and their families protested at Parliament Square in London to demand action to address crisis in education for young people with special educational needs in the UK. <br /><br />The footage was taken Thursday (May 30) of the Send National Crisis campaigner group who say special needs funding is failing to keep up with demand. <br /><br />Prior to the rally campaigners delivered a 13,000-signature petition to Downing Street, according to local news reports.
