Occurred on May 23, 2019 / Spokane, Washington, USA<br /><br />Info from Licensor: "An unknown male stole my red and black Nike shoes from my front porch in the West Central area of Spokane Washington at 8:14 a.m. five minutes prior to me going outside to grab them. A cop car passed him as he was walking away with them tucked under his shirt."
