South Korea will hold the DMZ Peace Music Festival starting June 5th -- that's next Wednesday.<br />It'll run for five days in Seoul and in Cheolwon, Gangwon-do Province, which is near the inter-Korean border.<br />The main event is set for next Friday in Cheolwon with 36 groups from 12 countries performing a variety of genres of music under the theme of peace.<br />Ahead of all the fun, an international conference will be held in Seoul. <br />Musicians and officials will discuss ways to use the DMZ as a cultural space and talk about how music can contribute to peace. <br />A group of Cuban musicians will also showcase their country's music to create and communicate a peaceful message to citizens. <br />
