부안 앞바다 어선 전복...3명 사망<br /><br />Another boat accident, this time here in South Korea... a fishing boat capsized early this morning in waters off South Korea's west coast, killing three sailors.<br /> It happened near Buan County, where the Coast Guard received a report at around 6 AM saying that a roughly 8-ton boat had overturned.<br />One sailor from Vietnam was rescued by another fishing boat in the area, and he said the ship had capsized the night before.<br />The cause of the accident is under investigation, but reports say the wind at the time was not particularly strong. <br />
