The twentieth Seoul Queer Culture Festival kicked off at the Seoul Plaza today, with hopes to raise social awareness of sexual minorities in the nation.<br />Organizers say... there will be performances and conferences... as well as a mass parade... calling for an end to discrimination... and the provision of equal rights.<br />Meanwhile, protestors from religious groups... are set to hold a rally on the same day in Seoul.<br />Traffic congestion is expected throughout the day in the capital,... as roads will be closed down due to the event. <br />
