Kim Yong-chol, who had been North Korea's top nuclear negotiator for the past Pyeongyang-Washington summits, has been spotted with Kim Jong-un,... despite a report claiming he had been purged.<br />Pyeongyang's state-run Korean Central News Agency reported Monday that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un watched an art performance given by the wives of the regime's army officers on Sunday.<br />And among the officials that accompanied Kim was Kim Yong-chol.<br />The Chosun Ilbo, a South Korean daily, reported last week that Kim was undergoing forced labor and ideological education after the Hanoi summit ended without a deal.<br />Kim lost his post as the head of the regime's United Front Department in April... and is now one of the vice chairmen of the North's ruling Workers' Party.<br />
