Just listening to the piano melody, it would be impossible to guess the age of the person playing it.<br />Wanda Zarzycka... at 108-years-old... is one of the oldest and most talented pianists in Poland.<br />Her love for the instrument began when she learned as a young girl with her mother's piano, the one she still plays... and is her most valuable possession.<br />But when World War Two broke out, she was forced to stop playing.<br /><br />"There was rain falling on the piano, because we didn't have a place to hide it, so we kept it in a shed in the countryside. So, I was not playing for five years because the piano was broken."<br /><br />Despite her hardships, her love for piano continued... and Wanda still plays every day.<br />
