문 대통령, '평화가 절실한 우리에게, 보훈은 제2의 안보'<br /><br />This Thursday, South Korea will observe Memorial Day.<br />And ahead of that, President Moon is emphasizing the importance of respect and honor for those who served and sacrificed for the Republic of Korea.<br />He was at a luncheon with veterans and their families, where he said veterans affairs are important to a country that's in deparate need of peace.<br />Here's the president.<br />"By taking care of veterans affairs properly, we will improve public awareness of national security, strengthen the foundation of peace and promote national unity."<br />Moon also said his government will do its best to treat persons of national merit, their families and descendants with respect... and give them more support. <br />
