This is the moment a tractor driver is forced to leap to safety as his tractor falls into a raging river in Honduras on June 2.<br /><br />Footage shows the driver reversing and losing control of the vehicle close to the edge of a cliff in Lempa department. <br /><br />His workmates in desperation shout at him ''Mario, tirate!'' (Mario, get out).<br /><br />The man then jumps out of the tractor just seconds before the vehicle falls off the trail and into a raging river below.<br /><br />He then tries to reach the tractor but the strong currents of the river sweep the vehicle off the river bank.
