This joker tried to go surfing on a flooded road in the Thai capital on Friday.<br /><br />After thunderstorms caused flash floods in Bangkok, the young man grabbed a wakeboard and headed out into the street.<br /><br />The man lay on the board like he was paddling out into the ocean to catch waves.<br /><br />The passing cars even caused small mini waves that rocked him up and down as he lay on the board.<br /><br />Sudden monsoon rains caused flash floods which left some 20cm of water on roads in parts of the capital.<br /><br /> It was the first severe flooding of 2019 in Bangkok, with the rainy season expected to last until late September.<br /><br />++CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN LOOPED++
