정경두, 유해발굴 화살머리고지 방문…"하루빨리 가족의 품으로"<br /><br />South Korea's defense minister, Jeong Kyeong-doo, has vowed to do his best to recover as many remains of soldiers who fought in the Korean War.<br />The pledge came after he visited a site in the DMZ today where a body believed to be of either an American or French soldier was recently found.<br />He was accompanied by U.S. Forces Korea commander General Robert Abrams and officials from the U.S. and French embassies.<br />The body was excavated at Arrowhead Ridge, the site of one of the war's fiercest battles.<br />The defense ministry said it's the first time during this excavation project, which started in April, that remains believed to be of a soldier from the U.S. or France were discovered.<br />An estimated one-hundred UN troops were killed there, with around 20 believed to still be buried. <br />
