High winds blow out windows of skyscraper under construction in Dallas

Strong winds from thunderstorms blew out windows of buildings in downtown Dallas, Texas on June 9.<br /><br />Footage shows a window falling down from a skyscraper under construction and crashing into the glass of a building nearby.
