Lil Xan Under Investigation<br />for Assault With a Deadly Weapon The reported altercation occurred on<br />June 7 between Lil Xan and the alleged victim. The two men got into a verbal fight at a<br />California gas station which then escalated<br />when the 22-year-old rapper pulled out a handgun. Lil Xan pointed the gun at the unnamed man<br />multiple times before driving away. The LAPD is officially investigating the incident,<br />as the unnamed man recorded the whole encounter<br />and filed a police report shortly afterwards. Lil Xan commented on the incident<br />after it initially happened, claiming<br />he had to resort to “self defense.” Lil Xan, via Instagram TMZ reports that cops are currently pulling<br />video from nearby businesses and residential<br />buildings and are trying to speak with Lil Xan. Although he did not shoot his gun, if the alleged<br />victim feared for his life, charges against Lil Xan<br />could be raised to assault with a deadly weapon. If charged, Lil Xan could face a<br />maximum of 4 years in prison.
