A waiter balanced a total of 17 food-filled plates, 14 on one arm and three on the other, before serving it at a restaurant in Bukittinggi, Indonesia. <br /><br />The waiter's incredible skills were captured on June 8, showing off the traditional way of serving customers in authentic restaurants in West Sumatra.<br /><br />The waiter, named Edi, claimed he can carry 28 plates at once, commenting: "It took two to three years to study this skill.<br /><br />"When I studied it I often dropped plates with the consequence that I had to pay for the broken plate."
