A crowd of protesters blocked a road in central Hong Kong today (June 12) during the second day of protests against a bill that would allow extraditions to mainland China.<br /><br />Footage shows demonstrators laying fences in the middle of Harcourt Road outside the Hong Kong government’s headquarters, bringing the traffic to halt.
