These tiny baby swans were seen hitching a lift on their mother's back whilst swimming in a lake in eastern England.<br /><br />Footage shows the mother swimming in a lake at Ferry Meadows country park in Peterborough with the ducklings on her back. <br /><br />The sweet scene was captured on June 12.
