The 51-year-old actor <br />planned to turn himself in to police <br />regarding the most recent case. He is now reconsidering <br />after recently surfaced video <br />allegedly proves his innocence. According to Page Six, when Gooding Jr.'s lawyer <br />was told about the second woman, he said, <br />"Good luck to her," due to the statute of limitations.
