Kamala Harris Would Prosecute Trump if Elected President The California senator is <br />one of many candidates vying for the <br />2020 Democratic presidential nomination. Charges against the president would <br />revolve around obstruction of justice <br />concerning Robert Mueller's report. Mueller himself has noted there were <br />10 possible cases of obstruction <br />during his special counsel's probe.
