Burger King to Sell <br />‘Stranger Things’-Inspired <br />‘Upside-Down Whoppers’ In partnership with Netflix, Burger King will<br />start serving an “Upside-Down Whopper” in<br />honor of the the new season of ‘Stranger Things.’ The burger is based on the Upside-Down,<br />an alternative, sinister universe that exists<br />in the popular series. The “Upside-Down Whopper” will be just like a regular Whopper, but served with the bottom of the bun on top of the burger and vice versa. It will also be served in classic Burger<br />King packaging from the mid-1980s. This special burger will be available in various<br />cities across the United States, such as Boston, Miami, New York and Los Angeles, <br />starting on June 21. Items such as Eleven-inspired bleeding<br />ketchup packets and crowns modeled<br />after Dustin's hat will also be available. The promotion also involves DoorDash,<br />with customers able to enter the code<br />“STRANGER” to access a $5 “Hopper Meal.” Customers who used the code will<br />receive access to exclusive content from<br />season three of ‘Stranger Things.’
