Most 'Meat' Products Won’t<br />Come From Animals by 2040 According to a report by AT Kearney, industry experts<br />predict that 60 percent of meat products consumed in 2040<br />will not be created through traditional animal slaughter. Instead, a majority of meat products will be<br />either plant-based alternatives or cultured meat. An estimated $1 billion has already been invested<br />into plant-based meat replacements through<br />companies like Beyond Meat and Impossible Foods.
