Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump says, the U.S. hasn't taken sanctions off North Korea... and that sanctions are (quote)"hurting the regime badly."<br />In an interview with Fox and Friends on Friday, Trump was asked about the North's continued illegal ship-to-ship oil transfers.<br />He answered, every country tries to break sanctions... but that the sanctions on the regime are working.<br />Regarding recent reports on the North's possible purging of Hanoi summit-related officials, Trump said he knows they didn't kill the (quote)"top person" -- thought to be Kim Yong-chol -- but he is not sure about others.<br />Trump reiterated that he's in a good relationship with the North... and is in no rush. <br />
