The percentage of elderly people over the age of 65... who are either working or searching for employment... has hit a record-high here in Korea.<br />According to Statistics Korea,... the labor participation rate of seniors over 65... topped 35 percent in May,... marking the highest figure since relevant data started being collected in 1999.<br />Of the 7-point-six million Koreans over the age of 65,... 2-point-six million were employed,... and 63-thousand were unemployed. <br />
