Seoul is set to host Asia's largest animation festival in July.<br />The 2019 Seoul International Cartoon and Animation Festival is scheduled to kick off on July 17th and run through the 21st …at Coex in southern Seoul.<br />Marking its 23rd year, the event will be held under the theme of "Innovative Change" …and will screen 103 selected animations from 28 countries.<br />The festival will also host booths for webtoon artists, costume play performers and animation companies.<br />Tickets for animation screenings are available through Naver and Interpark.<br /><br />
