The top diplomats of South Korea and Russia will meet in Moscow in the coming hours to discuss various bilateral and regional issues.<br />After accompanying President Moon Jae-in on his trip to Northern Europe, Seoul's Foreign Affairs Minister Kang Kyung-wha landed in the Russian capital on Sunday.<br />Officials say Kang and her Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov will delve into ways to further develop Seoul-Moscow ties as they look forward to next year's 30th anniversary of the establishment of their diplomatic relations.<br />And with Russia having promised to cooperate on economic and cultural fronts with North Korea, issues related to that could also top their agenda.<br />
