ICICI Bank moves NCLAT, seeks expediting of IBC proceedings against Jaypee Associates

As we understand that ICICI Bank, which is calming outstanding of about Rs 1300 crore, has moved the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) against Jaypee Associates.
