South Korea's foreign affairs minister says she thinks "there are good signs" on resuming denuclearization talks between North Korea and the U.S.<br />Minister Kang Kyung-wha said as such on her way back from her sitdown with the Russian foreign minister on Tuesday, but she did not elaborate on what these signs are.<br />The two reportedly discussed bilateral exchanges on various fronts, as well as the current situation on the Korean Peninsula and Russia's role in it.<br /><br />"We agreed that we need to revive the momentum for dialogue and also discussed what kind of messages we need to send out as there are major summits ahead."<br /><br />Meanwhile, Seoul's nuclear envoy Lee Do-hoon left for Washington on Tuesday morning.<br />There he will give a key note speech at a conference and hold a meeting with his U.S. counterpart Stephen Biegun.<br />
