More Americans Think the <br />'Dad Bod' Is Sexy, Study Says Men may be bringing sexy back with the "dad bod." The study was conducted by Planet Fitness <br />for the third consecutive year. More than 23 million men say <br />they have a "dad bod." 71% of men think there is universal acceptance <br />of the "dad bod," up from 63% last year. 79% of men who identify with having a "dad bod" <br />say they are happy with their body. Only 64% of men with a "dad bod" were happy with it in 2018. Almost 80% of people believe that a "dad bod" <br />is a sign of having confidence in your own skin.
