Good morning. The rain has stopped in Seoul but dark clouds are dropping showers on parts of Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do Provinces. Expect on and off showers throughout the morning.<br /><br />We have another band of passing showers in the forecast between noon and tonight with 5 to 30 millimeters in store for many inland regions and eastern parts of the country.<br /><br />Temperatures will be slightly higher for central areas while southern provinces including Daegu will see highs topping 30 degrees Celsius again.<br /><br />This morning, heavy fog combined with high humidity in inland regions and the west coast has limited visibility to less than 250 meters in Seoul,... so drive with care.
