Flash flooding has rendered some roads throughout Nairobi, Kenya uncrossable, with pedestrians paying vendors to take them to the other side of the road. <br /><br />The video taken on June 14, showed pedestrians struggling or unwilling to cross the fast moving waters, when two vendors creatively used a cart to ferry people across at 10p a head.
