A former member of Colombia's Farc rebel group was seen attending a Congress plenary session in Bogotá yesterday (June 18).<br /><br />The ex-commander, known as Seuxis Paucias Hernandez, took up his seat at the Colombian Congress on June 11 after his release from prison.<br /><br />Hernandez was in custody more than a year ago, accused by the US of conspiring to export tonnes of cocaine to the US.
