Alberto Miguel Rodriguez Mota is accused of paying for the attempted hit on the former <br />Red Sox star. Police are still searching for Rodriguez Mota, who is facing attempted murder charges in the case. Ortiz was shot once in the lower back <br />on June 9 at a bar in Santo Domingo.
