Richard Ratcliffe entered the eighth day of his hunger strike in solidarity with his wife Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, imprisoned in Iran.<br /><br />The footage was filmed on Saturday 22 June outside the Iranian embassy in London, where the protest is being held.<br /><br />Ms Zaghari-Ratcliffe has been in jail in Iran since 2016, when she was arrested and then convicted on spying charges. She denies spying and the UK government has demanded her release.<br /><br />Mr Ratcliffe's hunger strike is in solidarity with his wife's own hunger strike in jail in Iran.
