A group of kind-hearted passersby rescued a three-wheeler driver after the rebar loaded on his vehicle roof crashed down and squashed him.<br /><br />The video, filmed in Foshan city in southern China's Guangdong Province on June 13, shows the reinforcing steel loaded on three-wheeler suddenly collapsing onto the driver when he slowed down to drive over the speed bumps.<br /><br />Nearby passersby rushed over immediately to try to move the steel bars, weighing over a tonne, to free the driver.<br /><br />The driver was rescued and sent to hospital with 12 broken ribs by he was not in a life-threatening condition.
