People in South Korea are going to have to think twice before grabbing a beer or two after work.<br />From today, the country is enforcing tougher measures on those who drink and drive.<br />Drivers caught with blood alcohol levels of zero-point-zero-three percent or higher will have their licenses suspended.<br />Those with levels of zero-point-zero-five or more will have their licenses revoked.<br />The Prosecutors' Office will also strengthen punishments.<br />Those that cause fatal accidents while under the influence could face up to life behind bars.<br />Those caught for a second time will face heavy penalties,... compared to the previous three-strike system.<br />Police have also launched a two-month nationwide crackdown,... from 10 PM to 4 AM,... in areas where accidents frequently occur.<br />
