Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on Tuesday stressed that the toxic pollution in Pasir Gudang shouldn't have recurred after the first incident in March.<br /><br />Speaking to reporters after delivering his keynote address at the 33rd Asia-Pacific Roundtable, he said the government has to identify those responsible for causing the pollution and take stern action against them.<br /><br />The latest incident of pollution in Pasir Gudang caused many to suffer from breathing difficulties and vomiting since last Thursday.
