Bartenders wade through ankle-deep flood water as they rescue chairs and bins being swept away by the fast flowing water in Stirling. <br /><br />A student from the nearby University took shelter in restaurant when the video was taken on June 24, commenting that the floodwater took "everything with it."<br /><br />According to local news reports, fourteen people in the area have been rescued after being trapped by the flash floods.
