대법 "배달알바 중 다친 미성년, 육체정년 60세보다 높여야"

South Korea's Supreme Court has ruled again that people are capable of working until the age of 65, which will have implications in a wide range of areas.
On Wednesday it ordered a lower court to reconsider its decision to award compensation to a man based on the assumption that he could have worked only until the age of 60, meaning five years' less income.
In ordering that review, the Supreme Court referred to its own ruling earlier this year in which it raised the working age to 65 citing changes in society and the economy.
The idea that people can work until that age has prompted other discussions, such as raising the retirement age also to 65.
