北 "美 올바른 셈법 갖고 나와야... 시한은 연말"<br /><br />North Korea is urging the U.S. to change its approach to negotiations what the regime is calling its "calculations."<br />It's also reminding Washington that the deadline for their nuclear negotiations is the end of the year.<br />The official in charge of U.S. affairs at Pyeongyang's foreign ministry, Kwon Jong-gun, issued the statement on Thursday.<br />He said North Korea-U.S. dialogue won't resume unless the U.S. offers a realistic measure that satisfies both sides.<br />He stressed that the deadline is indeed the end of this year and the North means it.<br />The official denounced South Korea as well, saying Pyeongyang and Washington, as the two parties involved, don't need South Korea's mediation.<br />He said that despite Seoul's claims that dialogue is going on behind the scenes, nothing, in fact, is happening. <br />
