These children had fun on a flooded dual carriageway using road signs to go bodyboarding.<br /><br />Heavy rain from tropical depression Dodong caused floods in the Manila area of the Philippines on June 25. <br /><br />Kids woke up for school and began playing in the deluge, splashing in the impromptu pool and using loose road signs to surf.<br /><br />They were filmed diving into the knee-high rain water as passing cars made their morning commute.<br /><br />Resident Niel Atup said: "Our roads become swimming pools during the rainy season. Even the cars get to swim. <br /><br />''Delivery trucks had a hard time unloading their goods while it was flooded.''
