Deputy International Trade and Industry Minister Dr Ong Kian Ming, who attended the IDEAS forum ‘The Next Four Years: What Now for Malaysia?’ on Wednesday, said the government is aware that there are pushbacks in changes that they wanted to make, such as ratifying the UN convention. <br /><br />Dr Ong said, to address the problem, the govenment needs to prioritise changes they wanted to make and takes into consideration on internal resistance from within.
