Firefighters are at the scene of a fire in the Lavapiés district of the Spanish capital. <br /><br />Filmed on Friday (June 28), the smoke from the blaze has made visibility down Torrecilla del Leal Street extremely poor.<br /><br />The filmer told Newsflare: "The fire is causing intense black smoke visible from several points in the centre of the capital.<br /><br />"A person has been treated for smoke inhalation from a fire originating in the cover of a building of Lavapiés, that has been evicted. <br /><br />"The fire, causes are unknown, begun about 12 hours this Friday on the roof of the building located at 219 Torrecilla del Leal Street. <br /><br />"Ten firefighters units are trying to control the flames in order to avoid the fire spread the adjacent roofs."
